Hi Tracy,
i don't have your e-mail, can you send it to me?? or just e-mail me. i pm'ed you on the other site, but i don't know how often you're on there anymore. i'm thinking i won't be able to adopt from Kaz now (they've made some recent changes in travel, etc) so i may be looking at Russia.
