Today is my niece ( and goddaughters ) 9th birthday. She's a faithful reader of my blog , so I wanted to make an entry for her on her special day :) . After having 3 boys of my own , I was SO excited when my sister found out that Courtney was a girl. OOHHHH the fun it was to shop for a little girl. She's such a girly girl too. Every summer, she and I get our nails done together and I take her shopping for a new outfit or two. She's a beautiful girl inside and out. She's a little mother hen with the younger children and she loves Ashlyn to pieces. I'm so sad that my sister and I only get to see each other in the summer, but the good thing is , we get to spend about 5-6 weeks together every summer. Anyways , HAPPY BIRTHDAY COURTNEY , and to all who reads this , could you please take a moment to wish her a happy birthday? She would be THRILLED :) !

Hi Courtney, Hope you're having a great b-day. I read your auntie's blog quite often. I got to know her via e mail because we also adopted a girl from Russia. Yulia is 11 and celebrated her one year anniversary with us earlier this month. We live in Missouri...near St. Louis.
Courtney is a very special name to me. I have a 13 year old niece named Courtney. She lives in Texas and will have a birthday in November. Hope you have a great day!
